Telescope systems

"Conquest 2.0" telescope system

The "Conquest 2.0" telescopic system is characterized by both its high clamping force and convenient handling.

Whether in camera cranes or for cleaning photovoltaic elements: Our high-quality telescopic system is used in a wide variety of areas - wherever maximum strength and low weight are required.

Advantages of the "Conquest 2.0" telescope system:

  • High strength and ultra light
  • Uncomplicated handling
  • Quality Made in Germany
  • Individual material combination, diameter & length

CG TEC produces the "Conquest 2.0" telescope system using pre-winding technology. Our team uses various materials such as carbon-glass-fibre reinforced plastics or combinations of the mentioned materials. All individual elements can be continuously adjusted and locked in place by means of a quick clamping system. Alternatively, we also offer our telescopic system with anti-rotation lock.

  • Handpiece diameter: 25 - 50 mm
  • Tip diameter: 17 - 45 mm
  • 2-part system: approx. 3500 mm (transport length approx. 1950 mm)
  • 3-part system: approx. 5400 mm (transport length approx. 1950 mm)
  • 4-part system: approx. 7000 mm (transport length approx. 1950 mm)
  • 5-part system: approx. 8500 mm (transport length approx. 1950 mm)

  • Handpiece with end cap (material according to request)
  • Tip with fittings (material according to request)

Telescope system "Distance"

CG TEC offers telescopic systems for versatile applications. The telescope system "Distance", for example, can be made from different fiber composites.

The individual elements can be continuously adjusted and easily locked in place by means of an internal clamping system.

Advantages of the telescope system "Distance":

  • High strength and ultra light
  • Uncomplicated handling
  • Internal clamping system (the individual segments are locked by means of rotation)
  • Quality Made in Germany
  • Individual material combination, diameter & length

Whether for use in camera cranes, for efficient extension for cleaning systems (e. g. for solar panels) or bulging tools(smart repair) - the telescopic system "Distance" is characterized by the highest processing quality.

The individual tubes of the telescopic system are manufactured using the prepreg winding technology (carbon and glass fibre versions available)

  • Handpiece diameter: 26 - 50 mm
  • Tip diameter: 23 - 47 mm

  • Individual combination of fibre composites (CFRP, GFRP or hybrid)

Extendable tubes and rods offer enormous flexibility. They are made of innovative carbon, glass or basalt fibre-reinforced plastics or as hybrids. This allows a wide range of applications can be covered. Due to the optimally coordinated layer structure, the tubes for the telescopic systems are extremely stiff and strong. In contrast to traditional materials, they also impress with their lightness. Two different telescopic systems can be offered for tubes made of fibre composites: the Conquest 2.0 telescopic system and the Distance telescopic system. Anti-twist and quick-action clamping systems allow the telescopic tubes made of carbon and glass fibre to be lengthened and shortened steplessly. A length of up to ten metres can be easily achieved with telescopic systems from the standard range. With the nine-part GFRP telescopic system, lengths of more than 15 meters can even be achieved. For transport and storage, the CFRP and GFRP tubes of the telescopic system are simply reduced to their initial length of less than two metres.
