Plate pressing technology incl. processing

Many lightweight components are preferably manufactured using the prepreg (resin-impregnated fabrics or laying mats) press technology. The fiber volume ratio is approx. 55 %. Epoxy resin serves as matrix. CG TEC Standard plates are available in sizes up to 1,500 mm x 3,000 mm. The thickness can vary from 0.2 to over 10 mm depending on the application (in our online shop you can even find carbon plates with a thickness of 100 mm).Special sizes or plates with other thicknesses are manufactured and cut especially for you if possible.
