Fiber-reinforced plastics are resistant to aging and weathering and (depending on the fiber type) are considered chemically resistant. They have high flexibility as well as enormous strength. In addition, glass-fiber-reinforced plastics offer the advantage of not being electrically conductive. Therefore, our individually designed GFRP tubes and telescope systems are also used in mine detectors or metal detectors.
