From special one-off production to standardized series production.
Tubes & Shafts
We manufacture all CFRP/GFRP/BFRP tubes & shafts using prepreg winding technology. In this process, so-called prepregs (fabrics or scrims pre-impregnated with resin) are wound around metal mandrels in a special process.
Composite cable
Multilayer basalt tube is a new type of composite core that combines a high-performance basalt fiber, high-strength stainless steel tubing, a communication element with an optional polyamide, polyethylene or high-density polyethylene cover.
Rods & Profiles
Our rods and profiles made of carbon, glass and basalt fiber-reinforced plastic are manufactured using pultrusion technology - i.e. extruded. The fiber volume ratio is between 55 and 70% - depending on the type of production.

Anniversaries at CG TEC
In January, CG TEC celebrated two special anniversaries: Kerstin Müller looked back on 20 years with the company, and Sabino Di Muro celebrated his 10th work anniversary. Both have made significant contributions to the company’s success through their knowledge, dedication, and passion.
Sustainability in the construction industry
A new highlight in CG TEC’s product portfolio is the Tec Bar – an innovative reinforcement bar made of high-performance fibers for use in concrete. The Tec Bar is manufactured from glass, basalt, or carbon fibers and is available both with and without ribbing.
