We offer our trainees added value in many areas, such as the trainee exchange with the companyFath, training as trainee scouts at the Chamber of Industry and Commerce, BDS Academy or individual internal training. We have our own projects for each year of training and individual exam preparation, as well as bonuses for good performance in the final exams.

Plastics and rubber technologist (m/f/d)
Field of study: fiber composite technology
The activity at a glance
Kunststoff- und Kautschuktechnologen (m/w/d) der Fachrichtung Faserverbundtechnologie stellen aus Faserverbundwerkstoffen und anderen Materialien wie z.B. Carbon- und Glasfasern Faserverbundbauteile her.
Plastics and rubber technologists (m/f/d) specialising in fibre composite technology mainly work in companies in the plastics and rubber processing industry. In addition, they may be employed in areas where fibre composites are processed, e.g. in light aircraft construction and wind turbine production.
Machine and plant operator (m/f/d)
The activity at a glance
Machine and plant operators set up, commission and operate production machines and plants. They also retool and maintain the machines. Machine and plant operators work in industrial production companies in various sectors, primarily in the metal, plastics, pharmaceutical, food, automotive, printing and textile industries.
Industrial Management Assistent (m/f/d)
The activity at a glance
Industiral Business Management Assistents work in companies in all sectors with commercial and business management tasks such as materials management, sales and marketing, human resources, finance and accounting. Industiral Business Management Assistents work in companies in almost all economy sectors, e.g. in the electrical, automotive or textile industries.
The training at a glance
Industiral Business Management Assistent is a recognised training profession under the Vocational Training Act (BBiG). This nationally regulated 3-year training is offered in industry and trade. School-based training is also possible.
Industrial mechanic (m/f/d)
The activity at a glance
The industrial mechanic is responsible for all technical work on industrial plants. His responsibilities include the planning, construction and installation of machines and plants. In our company, they are also responsible for maintenance. They ensure the operational readiness of machines and the tools and rectify any faults that may occur.
