As the technology leader for round profiles made of carbon and glass fibre in Germany and Europe
we rely on sustainable production processes and resource-saving materials,
to continuously reduce our ecological footprint.
Our sustainability strategy is based on the principle of combining economic success with ecological responsibility. As a manufacturer of high-tech fibre composite solutions, we see it as our duty to operate sustainably. Our holistic approach encompasses the entire value chain - from the selection of materials and energy-efficient production processes to the durability of our products. Our goal is long-term corporate success in harmony with our responsibility to the environment, society, customers, business partners and employees. In our sustainability report, which we have prepared in accordance with the German Sustainability Code (DNK), we transparently document our measures, progress, goals and challenges.

With our Bee Project let's take another step towards Sustainability. Together with our apprentices and interested employees, we actively work to protect the Biodiversity one – right at our location.
The project combines environmental awareness with practical experience: we are accompanying our own Bee colony and gain exciting insights into the way of life of honeybees and their important role for our Ecosystem.
Learning by doing
A particular focus of the project is on the active participationOur apprentices take on their own tasks and actively shape the project – from building a stable base for the beehive to developing a name for the Bee colony right up to designing a bespoke label for the one later obtained Honey.
The focus here is not just on the result, but primarily on the path to get there: practical experience, Responsibility take over and Sustainability experience it directly in everyday working life. Our employees also have the opportunity to get involved voluntarily and regularly support the project.
