Cylindrical tubes:

following inner diameters are available:

1 mm increments:

3 mm - 5 mm, max. lengthy : 500 mm

5 mm - 30 mm, max. length : 2000 mm

31 mm - 50 mm, max. length : 1850mm

0,5 mm increments:3,5 mm - 29,5 mm, max.length :2500mm

Tapered tubes

tapering 1:1000 to 6,5:1000

core inventory with all available cores is listed under core list

 

 

Materials

Resin matrix is always epoxy.

 

Carbon:

* UD-strands, unidirectional strands/fibers with glasskrim-bonding

* coarse structural fabric

* fine structural fabric

* high module carbon fabric

* high temperature carbon fabric, 180? temperature resistant

 

Glass fiber:

* anthracite, white, red and clear fabric

* isopreg, aluminum-metallized glass prepreg.

 

Surfaces

wound surface:

diameter tolerance depends on wall thickness, approx. 10% of diameter.

 

ground surfaces:

diameter tolerances from ± 0,03 to ± 0,1mm possible.

* dip coating

* hand finish

* pad printing or silk-screen printing
