The idea

telescopic tubes for a multitude of different applications, simple handling at maximum strength at low weight

The development

new material compositions out of carbon and fiber glass prepreg were developed

the tubes had to be rigid, strong and stiff without being refractory

weight and max weight load capacity were important factors

a new locking system had to be easily adjustable, maximum strength and in-house doable.

Aim

a flexible, individual production cycle had to be realized by our team.

The solution:

gives you the capability to configure your own telescopic tube for you individual needs

the dimensions start at a double tube with max. 3000mm, separable to 1500mm and continue to a 6 piece tube up to max. 9 metersyou can specify the tube diameters to your needs the new locking mechanism allows for simple sliding and locking it gives you a very strong connection of the single tubes that holds up to the heaviest stress the new carbon-fiber glass material configuration provides maximum stability with high flexibility and low weight.
